Hi guys,
Bought myself 24 hours ago mentor group access and I'm looking for advice guys.
I have a record label which I release a lot of beats on and I buy streams to make money with it. This is kinda of a gray zone. I don't wanna get sued by Spotify. So I need company formation + bank account with high limits/unlimited. It's no problem for me to taxes and I would also like to have the possibility to transfer the money to my personal account in my home country and pay taxes there. I got some advice from Turner Little and they advised me to start 1 Offshore Company in the Seychelles with a different nominee/shareholder (so not on my name) and then make a second company in Hong Kong which would be on my name and owns the first company in the Seychelles. Then the money goes from the Seychelles to the Hong Kong company and I receive a salary and dividends from that to my personal bank account in my home country. There will I pay tax for the salary + dividends. I didn't get an answer of how much it would cost and am also considering alternatives from you guys. Any feedback is welcome.
Kind regards,
