Zenus bank is closing my account

Dear all

Zenus gave me a deadline to close my account for unknown reasons

Giving a deadline is great thing from this bank not like other closing it without even telling you about it and stay closed for months

But I really wanna know why they did that?

This bank was very great bank it has correspondent from JPMORGAN CHASE so it was so stable bank for me

I never had any problem except when i was mistakenly doing a wrong transaction procedure that was delaying my payment receiving from my company and once they informed me how to do it its either same day or second day i have it in my account

Is this happened with all or its just me?

Yes, TBMK, it happened to everyone, including me and several people I asked, the email‍ came a few hours ago.

I have the same feelings, it is (was?) a nice⁠ and reliable bank with strong correspondents and easy to use for simple deposits and spending.⁤

I felt⁣ like VIP with them even tho i only do 5 figures with them only and⁢ i was planning to go higher

I can say it was the Puerto Rican branch of Chase JP Morgan

Is there‌ any other bank like that as im avoiding EMIs because they are all headache as‍ personal accounts?

I disagree with you, they are a headache⁠ for corporate accounts as well yes, sure they are easier to open but then you⁤ get a bunch of stupid questions and stuff like we are closing your account out⁣ of the blue

Zenus is real bank and their correspondent bank is Chase⁤ Jp morgan

I never had any issues with them from them

And their support was⁣ great second day they answer and even sometimes they call you to your phone international⁢ call

Besides they have ACH transfer and same time they have their own swift system︀

Thats why i need same as my experience with EMI like (Wise) was horrible
