I ran into an unexpected problem with Yoursafe. and am wondering if anyone has experience with Yoursafe
I had opened an account there last year, and they were a bit more difficult than expected, but in the end all good.
For project delay reasons, I did not use the account for perhaps 8-10 months. Now, when I needed it, I tried to log in and nothing.
Supposedly my PIN was no good - at least was the error message. That is definitely NOT true as I keep all important data in a secure location and keep the records up to date and encrypted.
So OK I had thought most likely they have suspended account for no activity so it should be easy to get it re-activated. And ditto if I had indeed made an error and wrote an down incorrect PIN.
Well....
I had sent an email saying I cannot log into my account and could you please help.
While I did receive an automated email confirming my submission, that was it. No additional follow up, just silence. I had sent 3 more emails during the past 2 weeks and nothing. Not a single response, not even an automated email.
At this point I will just write it off and will not ever use them, because if they cannot (or do not want) to solve a simple "cannot access my account" issue, how can I trust them with the actual money transfers.
Anyone here has any experience with Yoursafe?
