Wyoming LLC online consulting for non-US residents

Background info:
1. I am living in Thailand and working online (consulting, coaching).
2. I‌ am looking to set up an easy and effective offshore company for invoices, billing, bank‍ accounts, etc.
3. Personally I also want to get an ITIN for credit score and⁠ US credit cards.

I am aware that US and Thailand have a favorable tax treaty⁤ which is why I am looking for a US LLC.
Wyoming seems to come with⁣ very favorable tax options.

Does anyone have advice on better US LLC alternatives?
Also would⁢ be happy to use a referral to any agent or service provider that can help︀ with setting up:

Did you get your ITIN, if so, how long did it take, how much it‌ cost, did you get the credit card?

According to my‍ experience - around 3 weeks in more Covid-affected times.
Of course it's totally free, you⁠ just need fill proper papers and fax to them, aye 0,05$ for fax
I had⁤ no problem to open bank account and get credit card with TIN

which bank did you open with? Did they ask for proof of address?

As far as I remember a company's formation documents were counted as‍ proof of address, but I can't 100% guarantee..
Overall it was rather no-hassle process with⁠ Mercury
