Wire money to Belize IBC with just account and routing number

Hello. Could I wire money to a Belize IBC with only an account and routing‌ number? If so, how would I go about doing it? Thank you.

Where is the receiving bank? In USA (incl Puerto Rico)?
Many european/asian banks can wire‌ to USA accounts using routing number instead of swift. Check with your bank.

You mean the bank in Belize only have a routing number and not swift? I'm‌ not familiar with banks in Belize but if they have a routing number I guess‍ they're connected to the US system so it would work to send from the US⁠ using this routing number.

Is still don't understand. How can you wire to Belize with USA account details?
You need the swift code for the receiver in Belize (unless their bank is integrated into⁠ the US banking system).

Yeah, I have the swift code⁠ for the receiver in Belize.

You would have to send it as international wire using swift. To‍ do that you would need account number, swift code, name and possibly address.
