Gold is still going up strong today, may be the highest price ever now.

Sometimes I get asset price targets from traders and then deep dive in to the‌ analysis, the price of many assets including gold are known months in advance, the news‍ for the day justifies the price often without rhyme or reason.

My investment over the 2 years have been satisfying but not worth a hurray. It‌ is a stable way to lock funds for the future. It is going up slowly.‍

The price has increased by approximately €100 per ounce over the past 5 days. Does‌ anyone know why?

I see, it's a big jump for gold I think. But risk that it goes‌ down during the weekend is high.

that may be the answer to your‌ questions. The media is full of articles how banks and governments buying gold in large‍ amounts at the moment.

The Gold price is going crazy over the last days. and has doubled it's price‌ over the last 6 years! Not bad for a investment which is almost risk free.‍

But why it is sky rocking at the moment I can only lead to the fear of war over the next years.

The price of gold rises every year between 200 and 400 euros, depending on the‌ global situation. I noticed it took a while to climb this year, but it has‍ recently seen a significant jump.

maybe it has something to do with the fact that gold has not much to‍ offer in the world where bitcoin is endorsed by the US administration (even if it's just a promise)

The gold price dropped as quickly as it rose, falling by almost 200 euros per‌ ounce within a week. Now, it’s on the way up again while crypto is starting‍ to stagnate and even decline for some coins.

One thing is certain: the gold price is more stable than most assets. And if Russia starts a war in Europe involving⁤ Western countries, it’s crucial to have enough gold in reserve, if we survive.

Haha, I’ve come across this question many times before... As an EU citizen, you can‌ easily move around with 1 kilo of gold in Europe, provided you have it in‍ small coins and not as a gold bar.

If you have much more than that, you could strategically deposit it.

How would you use bitcoin if there was no electricity⁤ in Europe?
