Is it possible to Invoice a customer manual, and how to I process the credit card with my PayPal account ?

The hash is required to view the credit card Details, once you have the CC details you can use your preffered merchant/gateway to process the payment.
To obtain the hash you need to ftp into your site, go to your WHMCS directory and i think the hash is inside the configuration.php file... Not sure exactly but it tells you where it is on the website(sorry cant link to anything, not enough posts!)
