Exodus works great as wallet, easy to install and you can put it on a Tails drive if you're paranoid.
For Swap there are services around, personally I have used changelly swapping in total a million euro the last year or so without providing documents a single time. But there are many others to use for swapping with Exodus, you don't need to use their internal SWAP function.

Guarda has a web wallet which is quicker to check/send compared to mobile or desktop.
Good for airdrops, I recommended it for my friends who couldn't make bots but wanted to manually farm L2 or bridge airdrops like LayerZero, Wormhole.
Exodus use Changelly for swaps which I don't like, Guarda uses Changenow which is better imo.
Both only partially open source so if you use seed words directly don't store large amounts with them and don't fully trust them, with hardware wallet they should be okay.
