Considering that E-Trade and Robinhood do NOT open accounts to EU residents, which are the valid solid alternatives for EU Residents?

eToro is not a real broker, it's a CFD broker a.k.a. a modern bucket shop:
"The eToro trading platform is not an exchange or a market. This means that you can only buy and sell stocks within the eToro trading platform. Currently, eToro does not offer the option to move open positions to another broker via the Automated Customer Account Transfer Service (ACATS) or any other system."

In general any broker that doesn't charge commission is by definition scamming you one way or another. Also, any broker that has any connection at all to Tel Aviv or Israel or CySec-license is a scam (nothing personal, just a fact based on the sheer amount of scams based in these places)

The rest of the brokers @1azb1 recommended are good, I would also add Flatex.de
