Most likely Philip Securities (POEMS). Originally a Singaporean broker, they also provide their services in Hong Kong through their HK-based operations.
However, be aware that the good times in HK are over and that it is quite risky -perhaps even irresponsible- to open a new account their. Consider what China did and does in that city and if you want to support these rogue actions.

You got IB HK if they allow you to use that entity.

I use FSM Singapore personally but they have a branch in Hong Kong i.e FSM HK you can use.

If you don't follow geopolitics closely chances are you may have problems down the line. If U.S provokes China into reunification of Taiwan consider what happend to Russia happening to offshore China aka HK. In which case you want to only have local currency investments with a local broker in HK and don't use IB as they will pull out of country.
