I guess I need to have some terms and conditions displayed somewhere instore and on the website. Where to I go for advice in writing these terms and conditions?

You can hire a freelance writer for the job (hint, hint). Or you can write‌ it yourself. You can begin your research with Google or you can try your competitor‍ websites. That's a good ballpark.

Thank you gwenpinay, does that mean you are doing article writing? Can you point me‌ in the right direction for some good service ?

I can help you with the writing if you like. Also, this should help you‌ get some idea as to where to begin:

Do a keyword search of your competitor‍ sites. Have a look at their terms and note portions you like or those you'd like to see in yours.
