What would you recommend as a banking option? If we are going to use Belize IBC as a Holding company which currently has bank account in Latvia, is it a good idea to setup bank account for Cyprus company in same bank in Latvia?

Not sure how to understand your question. Do you mean a Latvia bank that has a branch in Cyprus?
Yes I would like to open an account with a bank in Latvia and that has a branch in Cyprus. Do you work or know of any such?
It is sometimes hard to find this one bank that will help you with it. Latvia is already seeing the risks of banking in Cyprus. If you want, you can just work on banks that are based in Europe. This could be more appealing because they can cross borders. They have lesser issues, too.
My reasearch and long discussion with lots and lots of agent's brought me to the conclusion to simply open a cyprus bank account for this company. It works for my purpose just fine.
