What is a good offshore bank? UK, Cyprus or Gibraltar?

I'm all new to this and hope you can guide me with a little help to what I have to look for.

None of the mentioned countries are considered to be real offshore jurisdiction, actually UK and‌ Gibraltar are more like onshore and Cyprus is a low tax jurisdiction.

Honestly there are‍ not many real offshore countries left, but some of them are Belize, Seychelles, Panama, Costa⁠ Rica and the like...

OH I see, as I said I'm new to all this...so what about the offshore‌ jurisdiction Antigua? Anyone knows about it?

Even if you say Cyprus is not a offshore‍ jurisdiction then it still offers all what a offshore country has to offer or am⁠ I wrong? I mean you can register a Cyprus company offshore or...???
