Most EU counties have no residency requirements. Belgium would be‍ a candidate where you can limit the tax risk. Portugal too.

Many. Most don't take about this. Andrew Henderson would⁣ be an example.

Let's take Switzerland. They won't ask you how many days you were⁢ there. They check whether you have a job, what you do and whether you know︀ the country.

Definitely. You can check Andrew Henderson's website. He has︂ two articles:
  • 14 Easy Second Residency Programs Anyone Can Get
  • How to Use “Paper Residency”︃ to Get a Second Passport

Panama and Paraguay don't allow dual citizenship. Both countries take years to get naturalized due‌ to bureaucracy

****"MAYBE" look into
Non Dom Republic of Ireland
Antigua & Barbuda
Saint Kitts
Non Dom‌ Cyprus

*** Problem is there are always details not fully talked about , written about,‍ or thought about until it happens to you! 🙁...

Haha. I think he must have read
and then gone a bit too far. In case you saw Santa Claus today, remember︂ @Houdini:

But I must respect him for how he makes money. But Henley & Partners︊ also charge you 40k for their fees. And that's on top of what they already︋ charged the government for developing the program. And then they often give you probably wrong︌ answers. A good example of Swiss mythology: not everything that glitters is gold.

In any︍ case, I am happy to be here, I can buy Mentor Gold for my 10︎ next lives and still will have spent less than just one Andrew Henderson or one️ Christian Kählin.

@JohnLocke are we that afraid of Andrew Henderson that his website is blocked‌ here?

Ah sorry,‌ I missed the other part.

So, dual citizenship is not allowed, except for Spain and‍ Italy.

Yes, the process is complex. Maybe I will be able to help in the future, but now I am not. It goes through the Supreme Court.

Panama needs to be signed by‌ the president and one should renounce the other citizenship. So its a complex and cumbersome‍ thing, but it doesnt mean it cant be achieved.
However Idk how good it is going forward and if Id want to become a citizen of the 53th USA state⁤ (after Canada and Greenland) 😉.

England, turn up in a dingy though !

Free housing and money and health care.‌

Zero reporting obligations with strong passport once you've done your time and been granted citizenship.‍

Which is good. However, it seems that Panama has become quite strict, requiring applicants‍ to demonstrate strong ties to the country before granting a passport, such as proving full-time in country presence for the past two years.
