What are the major benefits of an IBC?

What type of TAX impact does it have with an IBC (International Business Company) when it is formed Offshore?


I just read an article about an IBC in Cyprus and for instant they are refering to IBC's in Panama, as I understand it an IBC is not subject to any tax... why don't all register an IBC if they do business?

Obviously the answer is that you are exempted from⁣ all taxes.
