It is an auction site (ebay type thing) that i wish to start, i need some who would be able to build this type of website and help maintain it. I am willing to give away around 30% of the business.

Usually it is much easier to make something professional in DIVI but I know many web developers that actually have simialr templates that let the mapply a top professional look within minutes to a website. I have a personal project where I prefer DIVI but other then that there is no need for it.
