I contacted http://www.myp.ad/1/contingut-121-en/andorra-virtual-servers.html and they responded pretty fast, their sales is good now we will‌ se how their hosting is going..

How people are using offshore corps fpr payment processing then? I have seen payment processors‌ in the Bermuda http://www.firstatlanticcommerce.co...nts/latin-america-and-the-carribbean/bermuda/ so I have seen payment processors in Hong Kong https://www.shopify.com/payment-gateways/hong-kong and in the Caribbean there is https://www.evertecinc.com/PaymentProcessing.aspx

I just wondering how they all did it if‍ it's not possible as you say? I know they must be local companies in these⁠ offshore jurisdictions in order to apply for PCI standards and all this stuff but why⁤ should others not be able to copy this setup if they have the money?

Well first Atlantic allows Caribbean offshore corps for payment processing if they are able to‌ do propper DD and KYC so that's not a problem. The other payment processor you're‍ mentioning I don't know about, seems they are Europe and US only!
