Read on the forum that some guys here do not advice transacting in USD outside of the US as it raises red flag. Has anyone had issues transacting in USD to Swissquote (6 figures)?

I read that too. I have been doing this many times in many countries without troubles. It all depends on the nature of the business. If it is legit and low risk, you will most likely not have any issues.
Why would transact USD outside of the US raised red flag? To who?
