So if I set up‌ a UK Ltd as a non resident & non UK citizen without PE in UK,‍ I don't pay corporate taxes in UK but instead in my country of residence, right?

No, what you can now use the UK LTD as a "Service Provider" within your‌ structure. Getting round the use of PSP's as they are easier to get for a‍ UK company. You will still need to have a tax efficient structure behind it but they have given you the template.

For clarification: The article is about UK non resident companies.
A UK Ltd is UK‌ resident.

Exactly. Unless its tax‌ residency is elsewhere in accordance with a tax treaty (which would require approval from both‍ countries’ tax authorities).

Ah ok, thanks for⁤ clarifications.

That's what I thought, unless your Ltd is⁢ resident elsewhere in accordance with taxes treaty.

in short explanation, how⁤ would this structure look like? You say they gave the template??
