UK Business Paypal Account for Non-UK Residents

Hello, I have an Ltd. Company registered in the UK but I am not a UK Resident, I live in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

I registered a UK Paypal Business account with the registered Ltd since it is incorporated in the UK. and added a Transferwise Bank account, it was going alright for a while. now, after around 8 months paypal are requesting documents to verify my identity in order to continue using paypal, the problem is, there is no option to add a residential address outside the UK.

Is it not allowed to have a UK business paypal account if the account owner is not a UK resident? and how can I go around this situation? should I go for a fake UK Residential address with fake proof ie. utility bill?

If there's a legit option, i'd rather go with it.

You have two options here:

1. You get a fake utility bill, check out mentor‌ group gold
2. You call paypal explain them your situation and you have 50% chances‍ they accept your explanation to them.
