The Turkish lira is losing value every day.

Any ideas on how to make the most out of this opportunity?

Are properties priced in Lira or USD? Perhaps a good time to take advantage of their CBI program? Get a good deal on real estate + a citizenship, then re-sell in a few years?

I know nothing specific about the Turkish environment and if it's feasible but taking loans in any weak currency and instantly buying BTC is a good strategy.

Get loan in TRY, buy USDt with it. Look for yield in DeFI and profit the difference.

Decent CBI ngl, some decent properties in Istabul.
Not clear if you'll make money on the property tho as they may default and all markets will tank right after.

mmm unclear to me sorry. Id start calling banks and tell them my plan maybe you get lucky.
Easier if you can post a Turkish property as collateral, for sure.
