So far he looks like he's beholden to donors like every other politician. Seb Gorka as a pick? Ridiculous. Surgeon general was a vaccine shill. Rubio - necon. Huckerbee - zionist.
There are some good ones in there, too, of course, but he has too much of a mixed bag as it stands. So while I'm still optimistic, the fact he has about 2 years to︀ do something positive and meaningful before the mid terms these bad early picks could mess︁ it up. Hopefully it's 4D chess and they don't last long.

I must admit that he still reminds me most of all of a dictator and Hitler, and the whole ceremony with Musk making a Heil gesture and the marching guard singing could easily resemble scenes from one of the many n**i films that have been made.
However, what the man is doing is necessary as an experiment. He won’t succeed with everything and will be forced to change laws if he wants to make it work, which is an entirely different discussion. But cleaning up the U.S. the way he is doing while also shocking countries like Greenland, Panama, and Canada is, in my opinion,︀ a very good thing.
I hope other countries will get a similar figurehead like Trump︁ to clean up Europe.
Germany is on its way with AfD, but whether they will︂ actually be elected remains to be seen.
I am sure Trump will create a lot︃ of chaos, and I am not entirely sure how far reaching the consequences of his︄ actions will be. But I find it incredibly fascinating from all possible angles and perspectives.︅

The only thing I'd be︄ sceptical of is some of the technocracy stuff that Vance is around - Palantir etc.︅ And I do think he's somewhat beholden to donors - Adelson was at the inauguration︆ for example. But we'll see, 3 days in and I don't think anyone can complain︇ about the stuff he has set in motion.
