You can use services like Exodus they are very cheap and secure.

Some say Binance,‌ but I don't trust it, stories telling they request KYC at any time you can't‍ rest assured they don't.

There are exchanges that do not require verification of first trade, especially trade in small‌ amounts. But in the end everyone can still ask for verification of the output.

I havne't used them, but Agoradesk allows you to trade peer to peer with escrow.‌ Some sellers require KYC, and some don't - they'll typically say in their profile. Expect‍ to pay higher fees from the sellers than the big exchanges for the service
