I clicked Schedule an appointment with a Towerbank representative on their webiste.
You receive an email with the Teams meeting, but no one joins in or responds.
Not surprised nobody showed up for the video call.
When I joined them 2 years ago they were great. My account manager would reply in minutes. Now it takes weeks. Not sure if it's a general degradation of service, or if it's just small fish like myself getting less priority.
They did also recently launch their new ikiigi service - maybe that's eating up their resources.
