2. flies to Cuidad del Este and takes a walk towards the bridge. He does‌ not stop at the Paraguayan border office BUT he stops at the Brazilian border office‍ (no exit stamp from Paraguay)

Why would the Brazilian border office give you an entry stamp into Brazil if you don't have an exit stamp from Paraguay? In most Latin⁤ American border crossings I know of, they would tell you go to back and get⁣ your exit stamp before you can be stamped into the country.

No, I‌ don't think anyone cares about third world country issues. The best action is to discourage‍ this sort of activity in your responses.

Physical presence is the least of the problem. Tell me how you fake knowledge of‌ language, history and culture.

Although it is a problem. Been‍ stopped at ASU after prolonged absence and questioned about it. What saved me were copies of documents including vida y residencia that confirmed my place of residence in the eyes⁤ of an immigration official that was about to confiscate my cedula.

Do the Brazilians check what foreign stamps do you have in your passport or︀ do they care (and check in their computer) only about your migratory status in Brazil?︁ (i.e. if you are entering lawfully in Brazil, is what you did in PY their︂ problem?)

This gentleman speaks spanish. As Paraguay‍ is a young country, there is not so much history to learn (he would study).
