The biggest and the best?

Paypal certainly has to be the largest online service for money transactions but does that make it the best? What would you do to improve Paypal if it were within your powers?

I would address the concerns of members who claim that they had lost money through‌ PayPal and there are some restrictions which has to be lifted like being too harsh‍ on freezing members account just for a slight doubt about the activities of member.

I would set a shorter limit to troubleshooting customers problems.

They now take 180 days‌ for doing it. This could kill a business if it has no other payment processor.‍
