Hi,
I live and reside in Turkey.
I have an offshore company in Cyprus and‌ I sell membersip packages on a website in France, most of the purchases are made‍ via online credit card payment and bitcoin.
I haven't invoiced the amounts yet, and I'm considering prepare these invoices retrospectively.
Users are mostly indivudial end users and do not request⁤ invoices.
But I don't want to have a problem because of tax. What are your⁣ suggestions about this? And I can get a paid consultation for this from an authorized⁢ person.
thank you.

You also need to consider VAT.

You are best to speak to the person who‌ is doing your accounting each year. Get this issue solved early.

Hi, please share some more details. Are you concerned about your tax situation in Turkey‌ or in Cyprus or in France? take into account the EU VAT on your b2c‍ transactions.

Yes, more info is required. Without knowing much, my advice would In essence be that‌ if you have a good workable and tax efficient structure - seek to pay little‍ tax and there is no need to falsify/not disclose invoices etc.

Our customers are individual, and some of them are members of the European Union.⁤ The service area of the website is France. It should be legal but we want⁣ to pay less tax. If you think you have a strategy we can look into,⁢ please let us know.
