So what’s the conclusion, can you transfer money via bank transfer to other EU bank‌ accounts or not? I can see Switzerland and Liechtenstein in that screenshot, but not any‍ terms like “foreign” or “international” payments.

It says “International cash⁠ transfer” at the top right. See my picture marked in yellow.
You can transfer money⁤ within the EU and worldwide!
