Strategic location of company

Hello - this is mostly a introduction post just to say hello.


My interest for joining the forum was mostly due to strategic location for a holding / investing company that i wish to fund by selling some crypto for fiat. I want the least amount of AML hassle and hoops to jump through when doing so. And a low corporate tax country with high privacy laws.

Not as bad as it actually sounds. I could easily provide proof of purchase but the transaction history of the crypto is something I don't really want to dig through as a lot of accounts with exchanges has been closed and they have gone through FTX too at some point.

You can setup a company in Switzerland, Dubai or Malta as most are doing for‌ such activity, has been discussed many times already on OCT, however, the mentioned are quick‍ out of my head.
