Spanish Digital Nomad Visa

Hey guys, I'm thinking about getting a Spanish digital nomad visa.

Living there seems like a tax trap, and in the EU in general.

They give you a 3-year residency if you apply in Spain.

I've spoken to my lawyer. He said there is a chance they can consider me a tax resident even without living 183 days in Spain or another EU country, like ties to the country or center of life BS.

Any comments on that?

Pay your lawyer twice for giving you those wise words.

Avoid Spain like your life‌ depended on it if you have any real money. If however you live an average‍ life with no real wealth or ambition then Spain is perfect country.

The more I learn about⁤ tax law there, the more I feel it's a big scam.
