Spain / French LTDs with nominee

Interesting request, always good to see specific jurisdictions mentioned like France and Spain, as they're not always the easiest for nominee structures.
Just as a side note for anyone else reading, ready-made or shelved LTDs in these countries do exist, but they’re quite rare and need to be handled with care, especially when it comes to updating shareholder records and aligning with local tax and banking regulations. In Spain, particularly, you’ll need to handle notary work, NIE for UBO, and update at the Registro Mercantil, so having the right nominee setup is key if privacy is the goal.
If you’re open to discussing options, I know a few discreet ways this has been done in the past (with working nominee setups and IBANs in place), but it all depends on how clean the old entity is and what you're trying to achieve.
