Simplest trading platform to apply for, which one?

Everytime I try to apply for a trading platform to trade international stocks and ETF's I get ton's of shitty questions about how much experience I have, what I have done before and blah blah blah.

Isn't there a platform where one can invest some money safely but with out all the s**t?
