Setting Up Bank Account: How to solve the "Utilty Bill" problem...

I'm an US expat trying to set up a personal bank account in Singapore. However, because I'm a perpetual traveler, I do not have a utility bill to show them as proof of address.


Has anyone ran into this problem, and found an effective solution?

Most banks will accept a bank reference letter with your address etc. as well, or‌ a simply bank or credit card statement.
