Setting Up an Offshore Company While Being a French Tax Resident

Yes of course. I was just talking about maintenance.
Incorporation I was quoted 3k, plus 700€ if UK holding was added.
Btw, as of now, I am also studying the possibility if going finally to PT to just use a PT company and use the better CIT compared to Spain.
Also, PT seems fine to having a Lda. and leaving all the benefit inside if you put a small salary.
In Spain they︀ enforce you at least to put 75% if you have no workers beside you.
As of now, I am studying with some accountants the different setups options, and amounting the︁ total costs, taxes, social contributions, etc.
I am gonna check also if the US LLC︂ is valid according to the lawyer partner from the accounting which may create my PT︃ Lda.
Because if that is the case and they offer me a "tax advice" (which︄ will have force in case of future liabilities), I may just do that.
As of︅ now, I have seen very near people having HUGE inspections in Spain. So I want︆ to be sure, that is the reason I am comparing the different scenarios, pros, cons,︇ benefits.
