Hello

I have companies in Turkey, the UK and Dubai. (I am ready to establish a company in a new country.)

I am looking for an EMI that can work comfortably with 5-6 digits, does not ask too many questions and does not like blocking.
The EMI must support SEPA. I especially need SEPA.

I should be able to receive and send money with SEPA.

There have been some experiences before. Like Worldfirst and XTransfer, but they are very strict about incoming money. When you claim that this is a trade, they want screenshots of the conversations. That is why they are not functional. Or Wise closes after a few transactions.

Low fees, high speed, not too many questions.

Is there such a SEPA EMI?

Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

you have no documents for your transfers? What you look for does not exist.
Low fees, high speed and no KYC.

I have to admit, you've really made things difficult for yourself, as others in the‌ thread have already pointed out.
It's nearly impossible to find any reputable EMI worth working‍ with that will allow transactions without requesting some form of documentation at some point.

I second that. With all the KYC/AML regulations in place now, it's nigh on impossible‌ to find such a solution.

Screenshots of conversations is diabolical, does any EMI really ask for those? I have absolutely‌ no problem with sending contracts or other documents, but private conversations is a bridge too‍ far

Does it need to be EMI?

Bank with SEPA Access for all your︂ mentioned Countries Turkey, UK and UAE Company possible.

There's no bank that will not "block" or "ask you questions" at all. Instead, try‌ to understand how you can trigger as few of their risk flags as possible. Try‍ to understand how banks work.

Example:

  • You're getting funds from B2C customers? They're considered more risky. → Better to form a front B2C company that a bank can easily understand,⁤ move the money to a same-country or low-risk jurisdiction, then move the money B2B where you want.
  • You have a UK LTD with a non-resident owner/director? If so, try⁣ to put at least a resident director → Your business will look less risky to banks.
  • You need to move your money to Dubai? Maybe better not to send it⁢ directly from the UK,send it first to HK, then Dubai, to lower the risk.
Of course, these are just examples to help you understand the process.

This is what makes︀ the difference between companies that get their bank accounts shut down easily and others that︁ can keep good-standing accounts. If you keep everything under control, you can move MILLIONS per︂ week without issues, even on EMIs.

Hi i'm doing such intro, you will have questions first and they are used to‌ 1M daily turnovers. you will have to justify transfers of course, random checks, all my‍ client never got frozen. personal account manager, personalised services

Bank or EMI both‍ suitable.
Yes, Xtransfer asked for screenshots of the negotiation⁣ phase with customers. This is truly evil.

Which bank Or EMI ?

I see people in︂ the comments misunderstanding me. I have no problem with providing contracts or documentation. The real︃ problem is that they're asking for very advanced things. For example, screenshots of the conversation︄ and, if you say you're selling a car, a photo of the car's registration.

Hey,
Could you give more details:
From where will be the funds coming︂ ? To which jurisdiction will you be sending payments?
What is the citizenship and residency︃ of the UBO.
Are you looking to bank your UK entity, or would you go︄ for a fresh setup?
Regards

There definitely is. One of the best EMIs we currently work with is 3S Money.‌ They're a UK-licensed EMI with actual offices you can visit, pretty rare these days, especially in‍ this space.

They support SEPA, SWIFT, and local rails in multiple jurisdictions and are generally more flexible than most western options like Wise or XE. From our experience, they don’t⁤ micromanage incoming transfers if your business is structured properly and explained clearly from the start.⁣

They also work with strong banking partners,I'm fairly certain their USD partner is Barclays, which⁢ gives you access to tier-one infrastructure.

Fees are reasonable, onboarding is professional, and they’re used︀ to clients in the BVI, Dubai, and the UK , so your setup should be︁ very familiar to them.

You might want to take a look at Clarity Global.
They work︂ with international clients (including setups in Turkey, UK, Dubai, etc.) and provide SEPA accounts. In︃ most cases, the onboarding process is pretty straightforward, done via their website with Sumsub verification.︄

As with any EMI, there are still compliance checks on transactions, but from experience, they’re︅ generally considered more flexible than some of the options you’ve mentioned.

If "don’t ask questions" is top priority, good luck. You’ll get asked sooner or later.‌ Best you can do is go with one that handles SEPA cleanly and doesn’t freak‍ out on every transaction

In my experience, this issue applies to all EMIs, if we can even call it‌ a problem. If you're doing transactions involving black money or funds without a clear Source‍ of Funds (SoF), you'll run into trouble sooner or later. Without proof of SoF, transactions get blocked and there's a real risk your account will be closed.

The EMIs that⁤ have been very lenient so far - like Bankera, Intergiro, etc. - have either shut⁣ down already or are currently in conflict with the authorities. Users of these services may⁢ already be caught up in the consequences.

Maybe just luck, but since opening the account in mid-April, BVNK hasn’t asked for any‌ SoF or KYC on our clients, even with monthly turnover exceeding 300k eur.
