I don't know where you will be selling from or where your customers will be based but you may want to work this out first. Then you will need a high risk payment processor if you do work out it is legal to do what you plan on doing.

They get paid via bank transfer, usually into Wise accounts in︀ the names of totally unrelated businesses "ABC Digital Makerting" type of vibe.
Unless you are︁ a Chinese manufacturer, you won't be able to compete with them on price.
And you︂ could go to jail.

You'd have to use a lot of burner meta ad accounts and stuff like that, plus run the discord/telegram groups.
It's quite intense from what I can see.
Up to you but I feel as though you're going to be seriously up against it trying to compete with the Chinese, and, of course, you do all of this at reasonably high personal risk

That’s a solid analysis and very well spotted, you clearly know what you’re talking about. I honestly didn’t think it would be that hard to make a couple million in that niche in a short time, especially before the window closes.

If you know how to build the website yourself, add products, and get a shopping system like Shopify running smoothly, including integrating payment gateways that don’t have ready made plugins, then you should be able to get started fairly cheaply.
The real challenge will be driving traffic to your new online pharmacy store.
