I am managing a business club in Dubai with 300+ members French/Belgium entrepreneurs.
Most of them are expatriate in UAE and owners of LLC in Freezone.
We would like to create a dedicated department specialized in tax optimization.
Objectif :
- Propose multiple optimized solutions for relocations if needed after UAE
For instance : I want to leave UAE, and still enjoying of the best structure in terms of taxation.
- Assisting in setting up their branch between their own country and UAE
For instance : I got French company and I would like to keep it open and to know how to deal with my foreigner company in terms of relationship with both.
Additional assets would be :
- Asset protection
+ we are open to any other aspect which can help that community.
