Saudi (KSA) IT company, requirements?

Hi All,
anyone has experience on setting up a company in Saudi As a foreigner? IT sector.
I read that this is possible, just a local director is required, the parters can be all foreigners.
is this true? anything else to consider?

I think the general manager needs to‍ be RSA resident. The directors can be from anywhere. Ownership depends on activities, but in⁠ your case probably not an issue.

From what i understand it is bureaucratic and outdated
