Is there such a thing? I need it to be able to try and open a business checking account in one of major US banks, I am located abroad currently. Tried Chase and BofA but got declined right away. I used VPN and VPS services to no avail.

TBH, using VPN/VPS may have been part of what got you declined. People travel, that's‌ fine. Many banks associate VPN with scammers and fraudsters. A US VPN is riskier than‍ a Bali or Bahamas hotel wifi IP address.

If you have a US SIM card with data roaming, check if it gives you a US IP address, and apply with⁤ that connection.

You can rent virtual PCs but most of them will come with US⁣ datacenter IP addresses, which will look like a VPN connection.

Is there, perhaps, a Remote Real PC service for rent or something like this? I‌ hope it makes sense. Like when I'm abroad and I just need to use an‍ onshore PC located in the US. I mean there's gotta be..

There are, located in data centers so you get a data center IP address. So‌ you're back to square 1 of being detected as a VPN user.

If you have‍ friends or family in the states, buy a half decent laptop for them, install remote desktop on it, and make sure they keep it powered on. Use something like DynDNS⁤ to tie a hostname to the device in case IP address from the ISP changes.⁣

Consider pairing a virtual desktop, like Azure[1], with a static residential proxy[2]. This blends a‌ cloud-based Windows PC with a residential IP, which looks more authentic. Opt for proxies in‍ busy areas or major cities, so you can switch if a proxy becomes unreliable without looking too suspicious.

OP, take into account some proxy providers⁢ (I can't remember if these are) have themselves blocked banking and financial services for their︀ users so as to minimize the possible fraudulent usage of their IP's, so if these︁ don't let you, you could look for a couple more and try.

If the bank︂ still detects proxy/VPN usage, give a try to mobile proxies, as they sometimes have more︃ permissiveness.
