Hi all, please can you offer some advice.

I am receiving quite a large mid 5 figure amount for legitimate affiliate marketing income from the US but I am concerned about sending such a large amount into something like wise or even mercury (I have Mercury account already but research has made me nervous about large deposit freezes, closures etc) as its enough to trigger greater scrutiny and potential problems/delays and risk freezes etc. Just not sure how much i trust EMI's or these similar non- "real bank" providers. Also wire into my local country bank account has other concerns.

If you think Mercury or Wise business would actually be fine also let me know.

Im considering a genuine offshore transactional business bank account solution (I will be starting a new business (have existing US LLC) with these funds also) where i can be assured its safe and have max piece of mind. What would you recommend when considering everything is legit/not suspicious, dont mind comprehensive KYC, have all source of funds docs and no concerns about reporting tax etc.

I also want all the benefits of multi currency accounts, flexibility, cards etc like a wise provides, included if possible as well.

Some research indicated Standard Bank International and CIM Banque might be goodm options, SBI seems easier, lower requirements and i know i can get physical cards sent to Africa and approved there. Any other good options you can recommend. Even if its not a full proper bank, all suggestions are welcome.

Appreciate it!

Find a small to medium size EMI, start the relationship throuhh an intermediary who is‌ well connected with the EMI. Explain to the introeucer all the details of the business‍ and the transaction and have the introducer duscuss with the EMI your case and the possibility of on-boarding you with them. Once they have understood clearly and they are on-boarding⁤ you, thereafter you only require minimum monitoring by the introducer at the time of this⁣ specific transaction. You will have a smooth result and would have also started a solid⁢ relationship with this banking institution.

I would trust a good EMI more than any offshore︋ bank.
Also a lot depends on who your clients are. We have clients that have︌ turnover of several millions with EMIs and it works fine for transactional purposes. Make sure︍ not to hold funds at any EMI for a long period of time.
As for︎ Wise, i wouldn't use them, mainly because there is no one to talk with in️ case of any issues with transfers.
