Recommendation of lawyer/tax specialist in Cyprus?

Hi,

New to this forum; I hope this kind of question is allowed.

Does anyone know a good lawyer or tax specialist that can answer my questions on setting up a Belize IBC (or similar) the right way, while I'm personally being a non-domiciled tax resident of Cyprus, for the purpose of minimizing taxes and accounting?

I really don't know where to turn to get the right help at this stage.
