I gave you the literal answer. Do not mistake it with me trying to convince you.

4. Not sure why you’re on my thread anyway or care so much. Do you have a thing for me or something? Is your time of such little value and importance that it makes sense to try to change my mind on how I finance my deal?

It’s amazing. I had this funded ~2 weeks ago and I still have random strangers trying to convey their opinion on how this looks or how to fund my deal

I’m not throwing 5k on a credit card when I don’t want to and it doesn’t make sense for me to. (IT NOT MAKING SENSE IS NOT UP TO STRANGERS ON THIS THREAD, AS YOU ARE NOT MY PERSONAL FINANCIAL ADVISORS AND HAVE 0 RELEVANT CONTEXT)

Additionally, I’m also not pulling 5k out of certain positions or resources because I don’t want to. If that’s not sufficient, then whatever

I’ve told people I was looking for an investor for 5k.

It’s been funded.

People have asked me to explain WHY I’m 5k seeking from an investor.

I’ve answered the question.

People are then saying it’s a scam, as if they absolutely with 100% certainty KNOW that to be the case. And/or think their opinion matters

Yes, that’s exactly what I’m saying.

Working with a single investor on this deal made more sense than going to a bank, using a HELOC, putting it on a card, liquidating 5k, etc
