Real estate and share holding company in IFZA???

Do IFZA freezone company allowed to hold real estate and stock abroad.
Let's I want to buy villa/property in thailand/bali , Can I use IFZA company for that purpose??

Yes - even within Dubai you can hold Real Estate.
