Hello guys!

We have the following situation:

In February we processed 500 card transactions.

In March we processed 2000 card transactions and we received 10 chargebacks for February sales.

Will it be considered by bank as chargebacks for March, meaning that in bank's eyes we have chargebacks ratio as 0.5% per total sales in March?

Thank you for your response in advance!

You will need to ask your processor or bank where you have your merchant account,‌ normally it is all calculated on a monthly basis.
