Profitability prospect for lunching a web hosting company in offshore locations.

I am thinking to lunch a web hosting company in any offshore locations.Short listed some places like BVI, Panama,Cyprus and Belize.Which will be a better choice ?Future business expansion and Profitability prospects are also part of it.So I want the advice of experienced persons who are in offshore business.

I would defiantly go for Panama or Belize, since the hosting center won't be in‌ the same jurisdiction anyway then it makes more sense to take your business entirely offshore.‍

I assume, we speak colocated or dedicated hosting with one of the big companies and⁠ to rent space on your server, right?

Panama isn't a options as I see it, but Belize or Seychelles might be the‌ way to go, it is pretty simply to setup a company for such a business.‍
