I am looking to sell a 'shelf company' LLC in Poland (spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością). I was planning on using it for the launch of a project, but ended up not going for it, so it has been fully dormant.
The price is very negotiable, I am mostly looking to let go of it; since it's of no use to me currently.
- The company was registered in early 2023.
- VAT registration was obtained via a voluntary registration in 2024.
- There have not been any transactions, except for a deposit of the paid-up share capital, which is approx. 1500 EUR.
- The company holds 1 Polish bank account with IBANs for 3 currencies.
- There is still around 10 months left of the virtual address in the center of Warsaw, and its renewal will cost about 150 EUR per year.
The price is very negotiable, I am mostly looking to let go of it; since it's of no use to me currently.
