A warning to whoever is using the platform.


He accepts it is built on sand at 03:36, this is obviously related to their PLU token but it makes you wonder what's going on with the rest of the platform.
 
I had to stop watching after about 40 minutes because I could not handle the‌ evasive speech of the CEO.

Coffeezilla was called passionate about a hundred times.
 
Don't speak to media unless you have media training. It's such a different and unusual‌ experience that most business people never have to face. Especially don't do it when it's‍ with a skilled investigative journalist like Coffeezilla. And especially especially if you might've been up⁠ to something shady.

Just skimmed around a bit and it's clear that the Plutus.it CEO⁤ was not prepared to handle this.
 
He said him and the other founder are broke because they're not in it for‌ the money, that's where I stopped watching yesterday. Will finish the video tonight.
 
Ouch. I‌ mentioned them back in 2018 when I came across them in flight magazine 🙁.
 
I find them both hard to listen to. CEO is less annoying⁠ tonally but can't answer questions.

Coffeezilla is too shouty and ranty. That combative style doesn't⁤ help anyone arrive at the truth. So I could only get through 10 minutes of⁣ it.
 
At 52:55 mark in video Coffezilla sums it up and CEO pretty much agrees....lol. If‌ CEO made a mistake with stupid rewards percentages to win customers then fix the mistake‍ and don't double down on a failed idea or try and defend it with BS⁠ excuses and explanations.

I doubt there is any VC company stupid enough to invest in⁤ this company after this interview. The CEO failed and was best indeed not to do⁣ this interview and let people speculate than open his mouth and remove all doubt.

P.S From what I read and what I heard in this interview I would not advise⁢ anyone to go near it. As the saying goes "if something seems too good to︀ be true then it probably isn't" 😕.
 
I listened to a bit more of this, and I will say, based on polonieths‌ razor, the CEO isn't a scammer. Nor is this some service you should absolutely avoid.‍

Not a great bit of PR for them and clearly got some stuff to fix,⁠ but I reckon they might turn it around. Lindy effect.
