Yes, it is possible.You can receive funds from anybody through your unverified PayPal account.The problem‌ is withdrawal limitation.Presently it is $500/month from your unverified PayPal account to your local Bank‍ account.So there is problem with your unverified PayPal Account right at this point of time.⁠

When an account is verified, I believe it will remove any and all withdrawal limits,‌ but it may depend on your account type and other specifics. Whatever the case, you‍ should at the very least see your withdrawal limit enlarge!
