Have anyone had customer service issues with PayPal. Because when my friend had problem with PayPal and had to call customer service people it took him more than 3 hours and 4 time calling them again in order to address his disputes properly.
LoL, thats why they need more support staff, I guess they receive hundreds of thousands of calls each day, best might be to use their e-mail ticket system.
