PayPal Conversion fees with withdrawals

Hi,

What do you guys do to avoid conversion fees when you withdraw from PayPal?

My will customers pay in USD into a Cyprus PayPal. BUt you can't link a Cyprus Paypal to a cyprus usd bank account. So what do you do? You also can't use transferwise USD in cyprus. not sure what is best slution

I want to avoid the 3%~ conversion fee if I wthdraw the USD from paypal‌ to a cyprus EUR account

Personally I only accept payment in the currency of my PP account USD and EUR!‌

Can you bill in EUR? Can you link an EUR IBAN to the Paypal account?‌

Yes its possible but I think my customers will prefer‍ USD

In most countries you can add a US based USD account.

Some banks allow that, especially in Florida.

Can you recommend‌ specific banks? All banks I spoke to said I need to register a us company‍
